• The 100-room SpringHill Suites Dallas Richardson/Plano opened this month in Texas.
• Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide owns and financed the 243-room St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Florida.
• Parks Hospitality Group owns and manages the 132-room Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary in North Carolina.
