• Franklin Savings Bank and Georgetown Savings Bank loaned Roedel Companies and Alta Properties $5.25 million to finance the renovation of the Falls Center and La Quinta Inn and Suites in Amoskeag Falls, New Hampshire.

• Chatham Lodging Trust and Cerberus Capital Management received a $130-million loan from Citibank, Wells Fargo and an affiliate of Starwood Property Trust.
