The online news resource publishes a newsletter that is mailed to subscribers twice monthly. Included in the coverage each newsletter provides are lists of active lenders to the hotel sector and hotel acquisitions; spotlights on individual debt and deals; and analysis of emerging trends in the hotel real-estate finance sector. The Barometer also compiles the Data Dashboard, which compiles such data as 10-year treasury and six-month LIBOR rates; transactions volume and average price per room; key performance metrics from parent company STR; and other crucial data points real-estate investment pros need to know.
